Do credits expire?: No. Credits stay valid, and each full analysis of one paper uses 1 credit.
What if an analysis fails?: The credit is refunded automatically. If a report is clearly unusable (for example the wrong paper was identified), email support@citeimpact.app and we'll reissue the credit or refund you.
How do I pay?: Payments are collected by Waffo Pancake. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more are supported, as shown at checkout. We never see your card details.
Can I get an invoice?: Waffo, as merchant of record, issues an electronic receipt.
Is there a difference between CNY and USD?: No, you get exactly the same. Pay in whichever currency suits you.
